When Activate came to us they had no web presence, they needed a quick professional website for their startup. With a big project rapidly approaching on a new basketball court, they were in need for a quick turnaround. Their brand is very dynamic, artistic, inclusive and involved. Each court has a unique presence that brings the artist and the surrounding community to life. The purpose of the site was to both showcase projects as well as involve the community in their mission. We completed the site within two weeks, in time to activate the community. Seeking volunteers to help with this upcoming project, we needed to make their site as interesting as their mission! We also needed to have ongoing hosting and maintenance as well as content mapping to complete this big task.
We worked with Worpress and Elementor to accomplish all of their challenges. We pulled in movement in our headings with bright fun colors to mimic their fun dynamic court designs. Displayed on the home page was an interactive header to grab the attention of the audience to want to learn more of the upcoming project that linked to a user-friendly, signup form. This made it very easy for each user to have a feel for what they were supporting and would be doing at the event. We pulled their mission and vision on each court and made it virtual!
